Bring your best themed vehicle and help us turn Central Ave into a family-friendly, character-packed celebration! We're seeking cars, clubs, and community partners to decorate trunks, hand out candy, and wow guests with movie-, comic-, and spooky-inspired setups.
What to expect
Showtime: 12:00 - 4:00 PM (public hours) in the Imagine Museum parking lot
Roll-in/Setup: 10:45 - 11:30 AM * Ready by 11:45 AM * Breakdown 4:00 - 4:45 PM (no early exits)
Space: One standard parking space per entry (larger displays pending approval)
Audience: Families, kids, and Halloween fans of all ages
Who should apply
Individual owners, car clubs, themed vehicles, local businesses, and community groups
All eras/styles welcome - bonus points for creative, character-inspired decor and costumes
What to bring
Decorated trunk/display + sealed, pre-packaged candy to distribute
Optional signage about your vehicle/theme
Power is limited; indicate in the form if you need electricity (approval not guaranteed)
Awards & fun
Crowd-pleasers recognized (e.g., Best Trunk Theme, Spookiest, Kids' Choice, Best in Show) announced near event close
Photo ops, music, and festive activities throughout
Safety & guidelines
PG/family-friendly costumes and audio; no profanity or gore
Vehicles must be parked, off, and stationary during event hours (no revving/burnouts)
No open flames, fireworks, or smoke/fog machines; no alcohol
Keep aisles clear; follow staff directions at all times
Weather/updates: Rain or shine (safety permitting). Accepted participants will receive confirmation and day-of instructions via email. If your plans change, please notify us promptly so we can offer your spot to the waitlist.
