Birthday Parties
Base Rental Package $200 (weekends only)
includes
private use of the property, 3 hour party, 1 hour of setup / clean up time, all outside playgrounds, outdoor bathrooms and sinks, covered picnic area

Leave the stress of cooking to us and just brings the sides and cake!
$75 (feeds approximately 30 people)
16 grilled Hamburgers + buns and 40 grilled Hotdogs + buns served on platters, condiment sauces, unlimited pink lemonade and water served ice cold in pitchers. Let us know the colors of your party and we will coordinate our trays to match. Need more burgers or dog? Each additional box (16 burgers or 40 dog) is $20. Additional box price includes buns.
Horse Back Riding
$75 per horse per hour. Rental maybe used for 2 horses for 30 minutes. All rentals are lead and include 2 staff. All riders must wear a provided helmet and a guardian must sign a release for their child before the ride. Adults must also follow the same rules. Every rental includes a free 1 hour riding lessons where the birthday child can meet the horses and pick out their preferred horse for the party as well as ride. Lesson must be schedule at least 1 week in advance, limit 1 per party. If a joint birthday party, free lesson can be split into 2-30 minutes lessons occurring back to back.
Swimming (lake or pool)
$75 per party per 15 swimmers
includes use of lake or pool with one lifeguard
Boating
$50 per hour
includes kayaks, canoes, life jackets and a dedicated lifeguard
Nature
$50 per 45 minutes
includes 15 minutes in instruction with small animals, 15 minute guided nature walk, and 15 minutes to explore the woods on your own. Let us know what the birthday child is interested in and we will tailor our nature walk to them.
Fishing
$50 per hour
includes bait (hotdogs and bread), fishing poles and an attendant. No need to bring any supplies from home.
Hay Rides
$50 per hour
includes green John Deer tractor pulling a red hay wagon filled with soft, comfy hay.
Archery
$50 per hour
includes all equipment and 1 instructor.Instructor will teach the basics of archery and allow guests to shoot
Field Trips (week day only, no DCPS holidays)
$5 per child (minimum 20 kids), $3 per parent, teachers are free
3 hour rental, choice of 3 different activities ~pony rides, interaction with horses, small animals, guided nature walk, fishing, and archery + large group game and tables for picnic lunch
Typical field trip schedule for 9 am - 12 pm.
9 ~ Arrival, Playground time
9:30-11:00~ Group split into 3 groups and rotate through 3 previously chosen activities for 30 minutes each activity.
11:00 ~ Large group game
11:30 ~ Lunch, Playground time
Weddings
$500
includes 6 hour private property rental for up to 50 guests (no food is included with weddings)
Ride in on one of our gentle horses for $50 (includes a guide to lead the horse)
Camping
Does your group love to camp but hates long drives to the camp ground or having to share the place with other groups? Why not camp here in town and still have all the amenities! Rentals are a full weekend (Friday 6 pm to Sunday 3 pm) and you will have the place to yourselves to whole time. Want to swim, shoot archery, ride a horse or fish? Any, or all, of those can be added at the same cost as party rentals (above). Tent camp or stay in out 12 bed cabin. A bathrooms and two showers are available close by.
