Theater Education program for ages 9-17
The camp will help youth cultivate a range of skills, including tips for reading, interpreting, and adapting Shakespeare; acting methods for performing Shakespearean dialogue; and historical and contemporary approaches to staging Shakespeare's plays (costume, lighting, set, and sound design). Youth will work as an ensemble, fostering teamwork and trust, ensuring positive experiences, and creating meaningful theatre. Youth will also work hands-on across all facets of the production process in a collaborative, fun, and rewarding environment!
